The Atomics Photo - Oxford. UK. The most famous house in Oxford is definitely BBC Radio presenter Bill Heine's, due to the renowned infamous Shark stuck in its roof. The Shark was commissioned by Heine and created by sculptor John Buckley on the 41st anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Nagasaki in 1986.
