Dunn, 34, who gained notoriety for diving into a sewage tank among other unsavory stunts on the MTV's hit show "Jackass", was driving his Porsche in Philadelphia when it careered off the road, flipped over a guardrail, crashed into the woods and burst into flames. A passenger was also killed. Alcohol and excessive speeding was a factor in the crash, police said.
