Wolfgang Puck and Chef Matt Bencivenga created this year's menu for the Academy's 1500 guests of Oscar winners, nominees, presenters and participants with a variety of more than 50 dishes that features one-bite hors d'oevres and small plate entrees. All time favorites such as smoked salmon Oscars, chicken pot pie with shaved black truffles, and Pastry Chef Sherry Yard's gold-dusted chocolate Oscars will appear alongside lobster tacos with tomato and pickled Shallots, beet salad with pistachio butter, and burrata and citrus balsamic. The menu incorporates local produce and sustainable seafood, and its surprise sweets pay homage for the first time to the future
