Lindsay Lohan, Michael Lohan, Violator, Lisa Bloom, Ali Farka Touré Photo - Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, who shows scars on her arms, arrives at a Beverly Hills municipal court after lunch recess and later leaves looking sad holding her sister Ali's hand. At the court proceedings Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program to follow. Todays hearing, which was to determine if Lohan violated probation on a three-year-old drink driving arrest, is just one of several that have been scheduled for the starlet whose nightlife and rule-breaking reputation seems to have eclipsed her acting career. According to reports Lohan's hearing, which went on for hours, saw witnesses testify that she missed numerous court ordered alcohol education lessons. Reportedly the presiding judge didn't allow evidence be shown that may have proved Lohan was drinking at an MTV Movie Awards after party in June when her court ordered SCRAM bracelet went off. After hearing her sentence Lohan, who wore a modest black outfit, reportedly said to the judge while holding back tears, 'Im not taking this as a joke, its my life, its my career, something Ive worked for my entire lifeI wasnt missing classes just to hang out and do anything. I was working.' On top of Lohan's current legal troubles she was reportedly served with a civil lawsuit on her way in to court that claims she owes a Los Angeles boutique $17000 for past purchases of clothing and accessories. Lohan was joined at the court house by her father Michael Lohan, wearing Gucci loafers, and his lawyer Lisa Bloom.Los Angeles, CA. 07/06/10.
