This is the famous Heart Attack Grill, a hospital themed fast food restaurant in Arizona known for it's waitress staff who dress up in naughty nurses uniforms and a menu that promotes an unhealthy diet of incredibly large hamburgers. Waitresses (nurses) take orders (prescriptions) from the customers (patients). A tag (similar to a hospital tag) is put on the patient's wrist showing which foods they ordered and a 'doctor, Dr Jon examines the 'patients' with a stethoscope.. The menu includes the Single Bypass Burger, Double Bypass Burger, Triple Bypass Burger, and the Quadruple Bypass Burger, ranging from half a pound to two pounds of beef and up to 8,000 calories! Also on the menu are "Flatliner Fries" (cooked in pure lard), no filter cigarettes, hard liquor, beer, and full sugar Coca-Cola. Their company logo says it's "A Taste Worth Dying For". One of the restaurants most celebrated gimmicks is the free wheelchair service provided to those "patients" who successfully finish the Quadruple Bypass Burger.
