Cy Waits, Paris Hilton, The Police, Violator, Jessica Paré, Michael Paré Photo - During the Fourth of July holiday, Paris Hilton briefly comes outside onto the balcony of her rented Malibu beach house to make a phone call and take a photo of the paparazzi below. Shortly afer that, James Rainford, a known stalker, was spotted by a paparazzo who recognized him from his attack on Paris and and Cy Waits outside a courthouse in April. He was also arrested after sneaking into Paris' Hollywood home in October, 2010. Rainford was spotted sunning himself on the beach just outside Paris' beach house. The police were called and sheriffs took him away in handcuffs, reportedly arresting him for violating a protective order requiring him to stay 200 yards away from her. Malibu, CA. 7/4/11
