TV personality Kat Von D is seen leaving her "High Voltage Tattoo" shop last night. Reports state that the on-and-off couple Kat Von D and Jesse James have now broken up once again after they had gotten back together last month. Kat and Jesse were planning a summer wedding but called off their engagement in July. Kat stated on her Facebook page on Saturday, "I am not in a relationship and I apologize for all the 'back and forth' if it's caused any confusion." Kat's reality show "L.A.
