This is the booking information from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for James Rainford. Rainford is being held on $20,000 bail after allegedly attacking Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits as the two walked from a parking garage to Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday. Paris was at the court house to testify against Nathan Parada, who allegedly attempted to break into her home last summer. Rainford, who was taken down by the couple's security team and later led away by sheriff's deputies, allegedly claimed to have Hilton's father's permission to "marry" her. He was previously arrested for an incident at Hilton's home last year. According to reports, Rainford was arrested last October after sneaking on to Paris' property and getting into an altercation with her private security. He pled no contest to civi assault and was sentenced to three years probation after that incident. During yesterday's alleged attack, Paris reportedly said "That guy was outside my house" and there was a huge scuffle. Afterwards, Paris tweeted, "That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary!" Los Angeles, CA. 4/28/11.
