This replica of the 1960s-era Batmobile was put up for auction by Historics at Brooklands on June 2, 2010 and, with a winning bid of $52,170, the buyer won an incredibly striking imitation of the legendary car. Crafted by Bill Chaplin and based on the chassis of a 1973 Lincoln Continental, the car features some of Batman's favorite toys including an in-dash television, rear parachute pod, trunk-mounted exhaust pipes and even a Batphone along with a number of other Batman keepsakes.
