As a society we have some sort of innate desire to believe that every show we see on television is fake. While there are more and more reality shows being produced every day, the general public knows that these shows are all faked to a point – many times by having the contestants or people in the show redo things over and over to make sure that the camera gets the right shot. But there are still some shows on television that are not faked, and one of those is a popular court show called Judge Judy.

Judge Judy stars Judith Sheindlin, a real judge who was considered to be a “no nonsense” judge in the city of New York. She presided over more than 20,000 cases throughout her career, and it wasn’t until her retirement that she was approached about a television show. The show Judge Judy involves the judge hearing small claims cases and ruling on them, which is considered to be final and legal. It surprised everyone, however, when this little show managed to become as popular as it has. Judge Judy is now one of the top shows on television, and Sheindlin herself is considered to be one of the 20 richest women in entertainment. Not bad for a retired judge!

As you’d expect, when you look for Judge Judy photos you’ll find a lot of the judge in her robe or in her courtroom. This spunky and sassy judge does go out, however, and there are some paparazzi photos that you can find of the judge going out and about on a normal day, although you’ll never find any photos of her that are not fit for polite society. Most Judge Judy photos are very simple, very clean, and show the judge in a very good light.
