Reports have suggested that Lohan started living at the home to possibly persuade Judge Marsha Revel to her either reduced or dismissed a recent ruling that would see her go to jail for 90 days for violating probation on a 2007 charge. The Mexican-style two story sober-living home was founded by Shapiro (defended infamous O.J. Simpson in 1995), who has now been hired as Lohan's attorney after her previous legal team reportedly quit. Apart from having her mother, lawyer and assistant visit on her second day at the home, Lohan was reportedly visited by her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson and sister Ali yesterday.
