- Caption: 02 June 2021 - Queen Elizabeth II receives a Duke of Edinburgh rose, given to her by Keith Weed, President of the Royal Horticultural Society, at Windsor Castle in Berkshire. The newly bred deep pink commemorative rose from Harkness Roses has officially been named in memory of Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh. A royalty from the sale of each rose will go to The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Living Legacy Fund which will give more young people the opportunity to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award. The Duke, who died in April this year, would have celebrated his 100th birthday on June 10th. Photo Credit: ALPR/AdMedia
