It's reported that, prior to leaving for The Big Apple, Paris received a new yellow Lexus from Cy as a birthday gift. Other reports say that Waits was scheduled to appear at a hearing in Las Vegas this morning, but did not show. The hearing was on a felony charge of being under the influence of marijuana following an arrest last August when he was in Las Vegas with Paris. A trial date was set during the hearing for August 22. New York, NY. 2/17/11.
