Chelsea Clinton, Vines Photo - Chelsea Clinton takes a break from school. Chelsea has been spotted having a 3-hour dinner with her firend Jon Keidan at a trendy restaurant Da Silvano on Sixth Avenue in West Village. Chelsea had a three course dinner which included Monk Fish Carpaccio, Taglieorini Tartufo and Dover Sole. She told our lensman upon exiting the restaurant that food was delicious, and as we learned later, Chelsea took care of everyting -- she used her credit card to pay for dinner and left very good tip for waiters. The friends spent most of the time continuing apparently interesting conversation and the only bottle of vine on the table remained almost untouched throughout the dinner. New York. August 12, 2002.
