The New York Yankee third baseman bought the land in May 2010 for $7.4 million. The 18,000 sq ft modern manse is located on a star studded street in Miami Beach and has been designed with outside waterfalls, a waterfront pool and lounge area, state of the art kitchen and an open gym with sliding walls of glass with waterfront view. A Rod and Cameron Diaz have been spotted at the property several times since the construction began checking on it's progress. By the looks of these photos, the couple could soon be moving in.
