View All Images- Court sketches of Lindsay Lohan's probation violation hearing at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. According to reports, as a result of the hearing Lindsay was ordered back to rehab until at least January 3, 2011 but will receive no jail time. During the hearing, the district attorney recommended 180 days in county jail, but the judge specifically wanted her in rehab beyond the New Year, and said "I don't want another train wreck." Lohan, in tears by the end of the hearing, was asked if she understood the judge's ruling and responded, "No, your honor. I understand. Thank you." Lohan is due back in court in February and will be subject to drug testing between her release from rehab and her next scheduled court date. And, if she does test positive during that time, her sentence will be converted to unsupervised probation. Beverly Hills, CA. 10/22/10.
